Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days via trusted partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express.

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days available upon request.

  • Tracking: Real-time tracking provided for all shipments.

International Shipping

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International Orders: Rates vary depending on the courier service selected and the destination country.

  • Bulk Orders: For large quantities, please contact us for customized shipping solutions.

At Fadedfog, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made garments that meet your brand’s specifications. As a custom apparel manufacturer, all our orders are made-to-order and tailored specifically for each client — which means our return and claims policy is structured accordingly.

🚫 Return Eligibility

Because every order is custom-made based on your approved samples, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

However, in the rare event of a manufacturing error or defect, we are happy to resolve the issue promptly.

🧾 Claims Process for Defects or Errors

If you receive items that are damaged, defective, or not as per your approved sample/tech pack:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

  2. Send an email to info@thefadedfog.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or discrepancy

  3. Our team will review the claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

If the issue is validated, we will offer one of the following:

  • Remake or correction of affected items

  • Partial refund or credit note for future orders

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We will not be liable for issues arising due to unapproved artwork, size charts, last-minute changes, or improper care of garments after delivery.

  • Slight variances in shade, stitching, or fit may occur due to manual processes and fabric behavior — these are considered normal in custom manufacturing.

Return shipping (for defective batches) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
